Rose of Tralee is ideally suited for quick access to the exits from Rotonda. It is within walking distance of the Long Marsh Golf Club and a park with tennis courts and a children's playground. Beaches are nearby to the west and the south and this area has some beaches which offer small fossilized sharks teeth to collect. Our management company have friendly staff with local offices who are able to book fishing and boat trips for you and they can also introduce guests to a child minding service.
The family room has direct TV and a VCR. All of the rooms are tastefully furnished to a very high standard, with quality furniture and accessories throughout. This is a gorgeous and well stocked home. Amenities include full air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout (including outside on the lanai), a telephone (incoming calls and local and long distance calls only), a full-size washer and dryer in the utility room, a music system, TV in the master suite, bed linens and towels for each bedroom, hairdryers in all bathrooms, a gas barbecue, 2 bicycles for the use of guests and a variety of family board games and books. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with ice maker, a microwave oven, all cooking utensils and crockery, and plenty of cutlery for eight people. The fully screened pool lets the suns rays in but keeps the biting insects out.
This Home offers the 'Golf Scoop' On 4 of the Rotonda golf courses. Rotonda has a total of 6 golf courses with the last and 7th course currently being seeded. When completed, this will add a further 9 holes to the Long Marsh Course. Guests booking in low season will have the option of taking the Golf Scoop program. There is a £30 administration fee and then 2 named guests can play unlimited 'free' golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses. Golf kart hire is a personal expense. Please ask for more details. In high and festive season, there is a £30 administration fee and then up to 2 named guests pay $50 per person, per week to play unlimited 'free' golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses. Fishing with the Professionals We can arrange fishing trips with Capt Jarrett Lombard who regularly competes in the Oh Boy O'Berto Redfish Cup Tournaments. He offers both backwater fishing and whole day trips fishing for Tarpon, Shark and Cobia. He can take up to 3 fishermen per boat and can arrange for up to 4 boats at any one time. Booking is advised well in advance of your vacation because he is in great demand, particularly in peak season.
