Owner's Description:
This is the closest resort community to Disney, located just 3.5 miles west of Disney and closest to family restaurants and shopping district.
This resort features a stunning clubhouse with a 58-seat movie theater, video rentals, convenience store, exercise room, recreational room, large swimming pool, kiddie's pool, and ten-person Jacuzzi. An outdoor grilling/picnic area is offered next to the children's gym and sand play area. Outdoor tennis courts and half-court basketball and volleyball courts all lighted for night time play. All clubhouse amenities are free to our guests. This up-scale community is gated and has a guard in attendance 24 hours a day. Shuttle services also available to all parks for a small fee. Our villa is in the enviable position next to the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
Our spacious villa features one master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and en-suite, 2nd bedroom consist of a queen size bed, TV, and family en-suite which can be divided into a private en-suite and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. All Bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The living room consist of a sofa and love-seat, 31" TV with cable, DVD, VCR, CD, cassette player and a home entertainment system with large surround sound speakers. Bring your laptop, New FREE DSL internet wireless service. Kitchen is fully equipped including full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack. Our villa also offers full size washer and dryer and is fully air conditioned. All linen and towels are also provided. The apartment is professionally cleaned and managed, with a 24/7 emergency service. We request no smoking in our home, please.
